Extend a broad Next.js and Strapi product across authenticated roles, external candidates, SCORM content, AI providers, and migration-heavy backend operations.
Solution
Built assessment and candidate workflows, extended the Strapi 4 backend and admin dashboard, developed AI learning and recruiter tools, and delivered SCORM and program operations.
Architecture
Role-aware Next.js clients use token-scoped Strapi APIs and PostgreSQL content models, with provider abstractions for AI, protected SCORM delivery, transactional email, exports, and migration tooling.

- Built assessment assignment, progress, answer, scoring, report, recommendation, result, and administrative-review workflows.
- Designed external-candidate magic links, email, timers, answer persistence, manual/AI scoring, approvals, audit history, and conversion flows.
- Extended the Strapi 4 backend and admin dashboard for assessment, program, course, report, and reusable-content operations with role-aware controllers and services.
- Built AI-assisted learning-path and course recommendations with skill signals, provider selection, credit checks, deterministic fallbacks, and deduplication.
- Built SCORM ZIP ingestion, validation, extraction, protected delivery, access control, completion tracking, and administration tooling.
- Delivered programs, enrollment, attendance, Kanban, dashboards, XLSX reporting, recruiter research/PDF output, migrations, backfills, seeders, and diagnostics.
